loopback-next was recently changed to bundle all READMEs inside `@loopback/docs` package published to npm.

loopback-next was recently changed to bundle all READMEs inside
@loopback/docspackage published to npm, see loopbackio/loopback-next#2025. There is no need to copy v4 READMEs.
