@adamchester-lmg I think this needs a more aggressive reword. Once it's split into two parts I question why they are the same point. Having a think myself about what it should say.

I agree with your statement @andrew-brown-lm
is the messaging meant to be

  • we want to always be improving, we do this by measuring performance and progress
  • as a team we want to improve - skill, craft, happiness and quality
  • as a product we need to improve - our users sentiment are our main measure of success

yes @jesseclm. The expectation is that someone in this role would be actively making sure we are considering it, both people/process wise and product wise. I would imagine in the product this would translate into ensuring things are measurable by default.
