It has been brought to my attention that the pytorch/pytorch#76517 will be adding a couple new methods to the backend interface. This will break the Torch-MLIR backend interface as they are pure virtual. Adding implementations for them to avoid breakage.
This PR will only be merged in after pytorch/pytorch#76517 has been merged in.
