Motivation

Make the test pass in both GDAL 3.8.5 and 3.9.2, without reducing the accuracy of the assertion significantly.

Modifications

Change the polygon tolerance from exactly zero to 1 part in 10 quadrillion.

Verification

pytest

A tolerance of 1 part in 10 quadrillion is enough to make this test pass
when run with GDAL 3.8.5 and 3.9.2.

### Motivation

As a data maintainer, geospatial data engineer or data consumer, I would
like to reference the technical configuration used to create the TIFFs
in our ODR datasets in order to be able to recreate the TIFFs or carry
out troubleshooting.

### Modifications

Add `processing:software`, `processing:version`, and
`processing:datetime` item properties.
