Unable to view files using loompy

Hi,

I am new to loompy. Every time I try to open loom using the "loom" command, a page opens in Microsoft Edge that states

"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application."

When I go back to Anaconda Powershell Prompt, where I input the loom command, I see the following error message: "FileNotFoundError: [WinError 3] The system cannot find the path specified: 'C:\Users\kylimcqueen\AppData\Local\anaconda3\Lib\site-packages\loom_viewer\static/index.html'

Was this an installation error on my part? Or is it simply a server error and I should try again later? Thanks in advance
