Let's see if we can shorten the Travis build times if we enable Prestissimo for our build environment, and therefore shorten the time required to get feedback on PRs.

Well, that was a success: 8 minutes with Prestissimo and 16 minutes without it. Cool beans! This should help with PRs moving forward by allowing us to see the build results in half the time.
