La AppCache provoca el guardado del index.html en caché también (es inevitable, fuente) y tenemos un workaround en fc5b843 modificando el manifest para cada post nuevo. Aun así, es necesario recargar la página dos veces (una para el manifest, otra para los nuevos archivos), si la caché no ha expirado, para cargar nuevos posts. Queda pendiente arreglar esto, no sé ahora mismo cómo hacerlo.
