This is simple app for scanning QR codes as defined in https://ec.europa.eu/health/sites/default/files/ehealth/docs/digital-green-certificates_v1_en.pdf.
App is built in Flutter and works on Android and iOS. It can be used to read data encoded in EU Digital Green Certificates.
