This adds a few things, in order:

  • the three remaining witness controller URLs to the demo-witness-oobis.json KERIA config file.
  • Adds some LMDB error handling around the Agency.shut function used to shut down an agent.
  • shuts down each agent gracefully prior to shutting down the main Doist.
