2.3.0-allium

First release with new allium algorithm designed for the upcoming hardfork of Garlicoin.
This release is experimental.

Run with:
ccminer-x64 --algo=allium -o POOL_ADDRESS -u WALLET_ADDRESS --max-temp=85

You can run a benchmark with --benchmark to get an idea of what your hashrate will be.

WINDOWS NOTE:
Please note that because this is a miner, your antivirus might block the file.
If this happens, you can add an exception, or compile from source.

LINUX NOTE:
