• Behaviour of --feature argument changed: coefficients to fit are subset to those in user-supplied feature file if/when data is available (a warning rather than an error is issued for excluded user-supplied coefficients)
• Align additive traits between CV models when multidimensional global epistasis is inferred from the data (i.e. when transformation is set to SumOfSigmoids and the corresponding number of additive traits is >1)
