Update search results front end with new cards, responsiveness, layout, and "see more" feature

Overview:
Richard is working on updating the search and "see more" feature on the backend

The main goal here is to ensure that is working successfully in connection with the updated design work. Working cards, responsive design and layout are the critical elements

Done when:

• Search/filter results are successfully displayed with new cards
• Cards contain/display all of the available metadata in accordance with design updates
• Content is displayed responsively and with new layout, according to the levels in figma
• Users can toggle between grid and list view
• Users can "see more"

Outside of scope:
While the same patterns will be used in the channel and topic browsing pages, that work will be listed as a separate issue
"Don't Show This Again" feature will be implemented separately as a follow-up issue

Still to be done:

• making sure all responsiveness matches Figma new designs (especially mobile toggling and overlays)
• overall code cleanup/refactoring

Frontend only - follow up issue to connect the backend. For now, we will stub out a backend to continue this work with
