Observed behavior

Confirming that the long unpacking time mentioned here is also extant on the current 0.17 beta3 APK.

Errors and logs

No apparent errors are noticeable in the logs.

Expected behavior

Let's try to make sure user is aware the installation is still going on, and not presenting them with the white blank screen for more than a minute.

User-facing consequences

Current experience leaves doubts if the installation is still going on or it's stalled.
