Settings object has no attribute "DO_NOT_RELOAD_CONTENT_CACHE_AT_STARTUP" #4114

It's not supposed to exist in settings anymore :)

I'm sorry for the trouble!! I fixed this yesterday but by mistake I fixed it in my alpha8 branch which isn't supposed to be merged. I'll fix a PR for it now.

Clarifying this: It is an app-based setting. So it's imported from topic_tools.settings -- if there is a setting in django.conf.settings it will be read by topic_tools.settings
