Master 2.023

This release introduces a Properties dialog if the host program allows webcam properties to be displayed, contributed by Valentin Schmidt. Refer to readme.txt in the distribution archive for details. The project has been converted to Unicode to support folder names where an extended character set may be used, such as "Το λογισμικό μου" for example. Further attention to timing for software that does not support a DirectShow clock should provide better compatibility with meeting software such as Zoom.
