This PR adds a section to the localization docs describing how to use the
handleMissingTranslationKeyUsingmethod.I've tried to keep the wording as simple as possible but provide detail in the code example. Let me know if there are any suggested improvements.
The relevant feature was originally merged in laravel/framework#49040
