fix: default to allcategories when search params is not from recommended

Description

• fix active state not being shown in /expore/apps when switching tabs, now defaults to 'allCategories' if search parameter are not mathed, this issues were originally introduced in Feat/use searchparams as state #2554
• added some mock data in case there are issues for future debugging regrading recommended apps
