This patch copies the view helpers from
laminas-viewso that they can be deprecated and removed there.No improvements have been made to the tests or the validators - they have been copied as-is with the exception of the namespace change, and where possible, usage of
Laminas\Translator\TranslatorInterfacein favour ofLaminas\I18n\…Also upgrades PHPUnit to 10.x
