Hi there. In my case, VoLTE was already enabled for my carrier in the Pixel 7 Pro, but VoWiFi is not. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be possible to enable VoWiFi in this scenario on the latest version (1.1.2). When I open the IMS app, all toggles are already on, and the "Enable VoLTE" button is greyed out, so I can't trigger the process. Pressing the "Clear setting" button doesn't seem to do anything either. I thought about disabling the toggles manually, but they don't seem to be usable either. Maybe the app needs to check for VoWiFi separately, and if it's not enabled, provide a way to trigger the process even if VoLTE is already enabled? Maybe a separate VoWiFi button would make sense. What do you think? Edit: Opened an issue here as it's probably worth it. |

I just installed Feb 2023 android update. VoLTE and VoWiFi are lost but all you need to do is restart Shizuku from adb, then in Pixel IMS app click Enable VoLTE and everything is fine and working. |

maybe you need to have your carrier activate VoWiFi services for you.

Hi there @kyujin-cho ! Thank you for your work! Just wanted to share some feedback on trying your patch on Pixel 6 running on T-Mobile Poland network. Since Android 13 VoLTE works on Pixel 6 out of the box, but not WiFi Calling. I followed your instructions and run the script, then switched WiFi Calling on in the app. Carrier supports WiFi Calling and I have it enabled on my line (I was using it with iPhone 7 previously). Any chance you can check what could be the issue? Much appreciated! |

Working perfectly fine for me (VoLTE and VoWIFI). The only thing I'd like to get a workaround for is Shizuku. But that's not really the point of this patch. |

First of all thank you very much for your work. I am from Mexico, I have a Pixel 6a and here we use a virtual mobile operator or "OMV" called "Newww", which depends on a provider called "Altan", when a phone cannot be used, they force us to use an app called "VozApp" and with she we can make calls it works but it's horrible and the calls are pretty bad like talking on skype. That being said, I followed all the installation steps and the tutorial, everything indicated that it was "done", but it did not work for me, the menu appeared and I could activate it and the IMS check told me that VoLTE is active, but it did not pass nothing, so I spoke to the customer service of my mobile operator, I told them that I could not receive calls "because they had changed phones". They told me that indeed my device was listed as not compatible, so I told them that I had VoLTE enabled and I didn't understand why I had no service, I noticed that my line went "offline" and after a while, my line went back to work so I tried again to make calls and it started working with no problem. So maybe if someone like me is experiencing the same thing, a call to the operator is a good idea. |

So bad that donations cannot be donde but this module helped me have 5G, VoLTE/VoWifi on Movistar Mexico using a Pixel 6. I used to have rooted at first but many problems with some apps, especially payments. |

Hi, in Europe, Hungary, on the Vodafone network VoLTE works following the english instructions. MCC 216 MNC 70. I made a pull request to the compatibility table. I've found the 0-s in the table a bit confusing, maybe we should but yes/no instead of them. |

Hi, I've successfully enabled VoLTE and VoWiFi through the Pixel IMS app. To let VoWiFi / VoLTE work need to manually add Phone: Pixel 6 *If IMS is not registered when LTE network was connected, simply disconnect WiFi to disable VoWiFi and restart your device, VoLTE should work after the restart (Android 14 (UP1A.231105.003)) |

enabling VoLTE here! (Discussion #1)
Okay I think I found a temporary solution
Everytime after I connected to WiFi and VoWiFi was ablt to use , the
VoLTE will be unregistered and VoLTE remain unuseable
The solution : Restart the device and disable WiFi to let VoLTE work
It's work for the current Android 14 (UP1A.231105.003)
Hope the bug was fixed on the next version

This solution only works for Tensor-based Pixels. It's not supposed to work
on Nokias.

Nokia 4.2 (TA-1150, Australian version) running Android 11 - successful activation of VoLTE! However it doesn't survive a reboot :( If anyone can offer any tips to resolve this it would be appreciated, for example is it the SIM card which is overriding the IMS registration on boot? Or is it some other part of Android like Carrier Services? Have tried the suggestions mentioned here (except for editing the APN - I'll only try that as a last resort as it seems risky). Thank you to the author for your incredible work! In Australia all major providers are shutting down 3G/4G in August 2024 (all phones must support 4G VoLTE) so you have saved us many bricks. Been through the customer service merry-go-round of bullcrap - providers claiming the phone doesn't support it, while Nokia says it's the provider's fault. |

Big mistake - messing with the APN config has killed IMS registration and therefore I cannot get VoLTE back. Have tried resetting everything, just cannot get IMS registration to enable anymore after messing with the APNs. Big regret :( edit: changing lowercase ims to uppercase IMS in APN config has solved it thankfully. |

So adding IMS to the APN(s) makes it so that *#4636 changes from: IMS registration: not registered to: IMS registration: registered So the only issue is the the new IMS settings aren't getting applied at boot for some reason - any ideas why? Something must be overriding it. |

Successfully enabled voLTE and voWiFi on a Google Pixel 8 Pro. The carrier is Partner in Israel, which natively supports voLTE on this model but NOT voWiFi (as confirmed by their senior support staff). What did the trick is probably the addition of the "IMS" APN as explained here. I've typed "IMS" in caps everywhere, as suggested by a few commenters. I also did reset the network and carrier settings before adding the APN, as per the first troubleshooting suggestion here, but I doubt that made any difference. Finally, note that voLTE will NOT work when you're connected to WiFi, only voWiFi will. This looks like natural behavior. Once I disconnect from WiFi, the status of voLTE in ##4636## becomes "available," and voWiFi becomes "unavailable" -- and vice versa. |

I have installed it and I can confirm that VoLTE and VoWiFi work.
Was using previous version and when lastest was released, I just updated it than went into pixel ims, clear settings then activate VoLTE
Both menus (VoLTE and VoWiFi) are shown and was able to place a call over WiFi.
