Can't add bot to slack

I am currently following the documentation to install the bot on my Slack workspace, but I encountered an issue in the first step. It shows "This app is not approved by Slack." When I click the "Allow" button, it redirects me back to the "Get Started" page, and I am unable to obtain a token. I am wondering if it is currently not possible to support using the Slack app?

How do I replace default ginkgo test command? Should I config in test.yaml or trigger.yaml?

default command ginkgo -r -p --randomize-all --randomize-suites --keep-going --trace --junit-report report.xml

I want to remove -p flag of default command.
