This is a Bug Report

Problem:
The link to the past newsletters is not shown in the homepage.
Proposed Solution:
It seems like #12873 introduced a typo where main_kubeweekly_past_link was used to refer to a translation text which doesn't exist. main_kubernetes_past_link does exist and so it needs to be fixed.
