Problem:
https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/administer-cluster/static-pod/ provides task-oriented instructions for creating a static pod; however, it's light on details about what a static pod is.

Those details belong outside of the task docs.

Proposed Solution:

  1. Either:
  2. Update existing docs to reference the static pod explanation in the Concept section

Maybe mention mirror pods as well?
