Builds have become slower since extra targets for ARM64 were added.
For now, tests are only done on Linux AMD64 and now ARM64, so makes sense to only build and upload those artifacts that are needed in tests.
This PR stops building and uploading only the
kopsbinary for Linux ARM64, MacOS and Windows.
