Today for prow.k8s.io, if there are changes to its resources in test-infra/config/prow/cluster/**, they are deployed by a post-submit job

We could benefit from something similar that runs on prow-build-trusted:

  • deploy infra/gcp/clusters/k8s-infra-prow-build/prow-build/resources to prow-build
  • deploy infra/gcp/clusters/k8s-infra-prow-build-trusted/prow-build-trusted/resources to prow-build-trusted
