deprecate the KUBERNETES_MASTER environment variable

On July, 1st the new Kubernetes Working Group Naming (kubernetes/community#4884) has born: it aims to oversee the removal of offensive language in Kubernetes code base and domain language.

Since client-go is widely used across several projects of the ecosystem it must comply.
