API related changes

  • [IMPORTANT] autoscaling.k8s.io/v1beta1 API is no longer supported in this release
    • existing v1beta1 VerticalPodAutoscaler objects will get an empty recommendation,
    • validation introduced to disallow creating objects without targetRef defined,
    • please migrate your objects to v1beta2 prior to upgrading.
