Release Helm chart for v0.6.3

@antonyfray I'm about to create the PR and will link it in here when it's ready.

@antonyfray once #1227 has been merged to master I'll create the release PR to the release-0.6 branch which will release the new chart version when merged.

The new chart will contain the new v0.6.3 version as well as the changes in #1120 & #1220.
