Docker registry authentication support for air gap environments

What would you like to be added:
We need to support docker to talk to insecure or secure registries when auth is enabled inside an offline environment.

Why is this needed:
Option to do docker login between the installation of docker and docker pull of CNI image (weave-net).

1. Distribution - CentOS 7
2. CNI - Weave
3. Docker repository - Nexus
