📖 Fix the field name in cluster-infra-provider diagram

What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR fixes status.controlPlaneEndpoint to spec.controlPlaneEndpoint in cluster-infra-provider diagram. The diagram says that Cluster infrastructure provider will set status.controlPlaneEndpoint, but it is actually spec.controlPlaneEndpoint.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes-sigs member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
