As a user I would like a quick introduction to using ClusterClass to create Cluster API clusters.

Add a ClusterClass based quick start guide to the CAPI book under experimental features to give users a guide to getting up and running with ClusterClass based clusters. The guide will be similar to the existing Cluster creation guide and will use CAPD + Kind to get a ClusterClass managed Cluster up and running.
