CI: add the required artifacts to run post-csi-driver-nfs-push-images

Currently we have a prow job for pushing images to http://gcr.io/k8s-staging-sig-storage
We need to create a symlink cloudbuild.yaml and cloudbuild.sh from release tools for this job to run successfully
