v1.1.0- minor fixes and improvements

clean-up and improvements to various docs
important fix to PUID generation inside containers (was causing k_auth failures)
minor fixes to q.sh and d-cowscan
added additional debugging tools to k_auth and home-control (and changed home-control to use synchronous mode by default, so as to get accurate command results)
