Protocol compositions in EJS templates

I'm currently moving a couple of swifttemplate files to EJS for the benefit of faster execution and still being able to execute complex searches in the types gathered by Sourcery.

Unfortunately I found that the property protocolCompositions of types isn't available in EJS templates.

I added it in my fork and will prepare a PR.
