This should fix #171 by allowing a markdown link to start with ac: to link to an existing confluence page.

This is a [link to an existing confluence page](ac:Pagetitle)

And this is how to link when the linktext is the same as the [Pagetitle](ac:)

Can the "existing Confluence page" be one that would also create or update with mark in the same session?

And if so, can I use syntax like I would on Github?

Shoud be possible. In [link to an existing confluence page](ac:Pagetitle) the "Pagetitle" is simply sent to Confluence as is. It's checked in no way.

And if so, can I use syntax like I would on Github?

That I don't know. It's not handled by my extension.

Cool, good enough for me. It's more important that the linking works on Confluence's side than in my editor's Markdown renderer.
