Help! How can I use it on my phone?

I have put a "1.gif" at sdcard
and change the line 43 to:
GifDrawable drw=new GifDrawable("/sdcard/1.gif");

but it tell me:
java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError

so how to use it?

Please paste complete stack trace.
Perhaps native library was not loaded. Did you compile native sources?
