Statemine (Kusama Asset Hub) integration phase v0

We will be looking for implementing new common good parachain called Statemine on Kusama. There is production version called Statemint on Polkadot.

FYI we are doing UniquesV2 uniquesV1.1 , not NFT pallet in this stage
