In what area(s)?

Kn plugins #249

Classifications:

/kind feature

Describe the feature:

Currently kn command out is verbose. The -q will allow commands to support a more quiet mode. The kn plugins (in the works now) is verbose in current implementation by default for when searching and listing existing plugins. It should support the -q option.
