#1257 の対応
review-preprocで実装していない・バギーな機能で、開発陣も使っていないものを廃棄します。
--strip：実用性があまりなさそうですし、うまく動いていないので削除します。#@provide,#@require：現状実装がなく、複数ファイルにわたる参照関係をreview-preprocで処理できないのでドキュメントおよび容認キーワード対象から削除します。
