Hi Professor Healy,

According to your recent online vita (d5f4ef7 on 03/22/2016), it seems that \headmargin commands still require manual vertical adjustments to keep inline with their corresponding body texts.

Hence I redefined your \headmargin command, and now \headmargin should be able to:

  1. automatically keep margin/section header inline, currently at top, with its body text;
  2. include \medskip above and \smallskip below as inter-sectional vertical skip.

Meanwhile manual vertical adjustments for \headmargin commands are already manually commented out in the .tex file with this push.

Thanks for your attention and sorry for possible typos in my current codes explanations and/or comments
