Feature Request: add checkNetwork to _android.pyx

Hallo,
would be great to add checkNetwork (like in the jnius hardware part), to the android module

If it is in jnius why does it also need to be in android?

Everything is in jnius, with this argument you not need the android module at all. I thought, it has just been forgotten in the andoid module and should be completetd.

Much of that sort of single-platform functionality will be moving to Plyer
to keep the Kivy core project focused, and to make the platform-specific
parts usable to other frameworks. Going forward, the general rule will be,
if it can be done with pyjnius, then do so.

I'm closing this as per what brousch said - it hasn't been ported to android.pyx because we're moving away from it.
