chore(metrics-operator): refactor fetching resouce namespaces during analysis

• adapt fetching the right namespace for:
  • analysisDefinition in analysis
  • analysisValueTemplate in analysisDefinition
  • provider in analysisValueTemplate
• unit tests
• adapt integration test
