[Demo] Validate the current prototype with Podtato Head

Goal

The goal is to use Podtato Head as an example to verify that the current prototype works fine.

Technical Details

The charts of podtato-head shall be adapted with Keptn Annotation (#4).
The different micro-services should only be deployed after we manually create the ConfigMap keptn-pre-deployment-checks.

• We can demo the prototype using Podtatohead
