Parser for openstreetmap opening_hours field

Extract public transport from osm file and save stations and their position to sqlite
Used by gotovienna

To create station.db for gotovienna get austria.osm from http://download.geofabrik.de/osm/europe/ and run something like:

$ osmosis --read-xml enableDateParsing=no file=austria.osm --bounding-box top=48.322 left=16.185 bottom=48.115 right=16.578 --write-xml file=vienna.osm
$ python publictransport.py vienna.osm
$ python sql_import.py file_created_by_last_command

Note: If you are using Arch Linux change python to python2
