[BUG] Messenger : Conformation LED is GREEN and Mic is ON before transmissions of text. #68

When the receiving radio does the Conformation, the LED is not RED, but Green

Also before TX of characters start. The microphone is ON

More specifically it seems the LED is slightly yellow? It seems like it's turning red while it hasn't stopped being green yet.

Also at least in my tests it seemed more like the mic was hot during the entire transmission, starting slightly before the text starts sending, and ending when the text is fully transmitted.

Tested earlier in v.19.5

These 2 things might each deserve their own issue, I think.

It appears the mic on issue has not been fixed with v.20.
