Description of the Changes

• Use Overlay component so that when the cta overlay is closed it will remove playkit-overlay class from the player
• Upgrade player to use new player types (including Overlay), also upgrade ui managers to use the same preact version as the player and avoid jsx errors
• Fix errors and warnings after dependency version upgrade. The necessary changes to fix the errors were mostly copied from downloads plugin
