item files with Foundry version 10.286 and dnd5e version 2.0.3
now migrated to Foundry version 11.315 and dnd5e version 3.0.0
and update min version to match what's in the sample item JSON files

Stop including the old
.dbfile for the sample compendium pack. Now commits separate JSON files for the contents and uses the CLI to build the packs from those files, based on how the dnd5e system was doing it.
