Added k3d Chocolatey package installation option. Chocolatey is a package manager for Windows. An automated package pipeline is setup that will automatically update the package when there is a new k3d "stable" GitHub release published. In the readme.md "shields" (and also links to the package) is added to reflect the version of the published k3d choco package.
