Dashboard will soon be completely data-agnostic.

Current rename will be: DFMDash - not taken on PyPi when we make the code public. Will allow the package to be pip install dfmdash then dfmdash launch or w/e to launch the dashboard.

@AaronCooke2718 @JoshDFitzgerald - if you have alternative names or want to add anything please do!
