Titanium dont see all traffic

Hello everyone, please tell me why titinium can not see part of the traffic from various exe applications?

This may be related with implicit bypass rules which ignores traffic from local networks (and localhost).
This may be changed on windows in registry settings in following way:
In HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings set: ProxyOverride to <-loopback>, like that:
