Linux Release: The C# Choir is singing

The binary releases now come with the the library files that may be necessary to run this program, especially on Linux. The Linux build does not come with ffmpeg, given you can easily install it with your favorite package manager.

Stupid mistake caused either the stream to not download at all or in case of several files the stream skipping the last file added.

The Windows build comes with FFmpeg Windows x64 4.2.1 by zeranoe.
